ChE GSC: Chemical Engineering Graduate Student Council

The Graduate Student Council’s main mission is to improve the graduate student experience within the college of Chemical Engineering. This entails social, professional, and outreach programming for all students and faculty, aiding in recruiting, and providing feedback to faculty on department-wide initiatives that affect graduate students. The GSC aims to represent the graduate student Chemical Engineering population on all matters pertaining to the welfare of graduate students.

We also work with the department faculty to offer recommendations on academic improvements to our graduate program.

Membership Benefits
Being part of the Eboard in the GSC gives people the opportunity to plan events for community building and professional development for their peers. In doing so, they gain valuable leadership experience and administrative skills through making a framework for social engagement.
