ChE Student to Present Research in Germany
John Yao, a ChE undergraduate student and participant in the Chemical Engineering International Research Exchange Program who completed research at URV in Taragona Spain over the summer, will present his research at Aachen University in Germany this week at the EuroMembrane 2015 Conference.
The title of John's work is "Low Cost Ceramic Membranes For Premix Membrane Emulsification" where he defined the reusability of low cost ceramic membranes and generated data on the droplet size distribution produced by the coarse emulsion formulated with a homogenizer.
