Amiji Elected AAAS Fellow

Mansoor Amiji

Bouvé/ChE University Distinguished Professor Mansoor Amiji was elected as an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) 2024 Fellow in the Pharmaceutical Sciences section for distinguished contributions in pharmaceutical sciences with a specific focus on targeted drug delivery for a variety of diseases including cancer, inflammatory diseases, and CNS diseases.

The American Association for the Advancement of Science is one of the world’s largest general scientific societies and publisher of the Science family of journals. The honor of being elected a Fellow of AAAS, which began in 1874, is a distinguished lifetime honor within the scientific community. The new Fellows will receive a certificate and a gold and blue rosette pin (representing science and engineering, respectively) to commemorate their election at the annual Fellows Forum in Washington, D.C. on June 7, 2025.
